Clark Richter
Clark R. Richter, born in San Diego, California, received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Ruben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1979. He has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, insurance issues and land use litigation. He is attorney of record for various clients including Golfland Sunsplash in Mesa, Arizona. Clark is involved with insurance issues and successfully argued the landmark case in Arizona: Darner Motor Sales v. Universal Underwriters, 140 Ariz. 383, 682 P.2d 388 (1984).
Clark is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts as well as the United States District Court of Arizona. He is past President of the East Valley Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish. Clark was co-chairman of the 2010-2011 Mesa United Way Campaign and is currently a board member of A New Leaf, Inc., a non-profit organization.
Clark is also the resident partner in Arizona for CLC cases. CLC or Consolidated Legal Concepts, Inc. provides legal services for major employers within the State of Arizona. Clark handles the personal injury matters and travels throughout the State of Arizona to provide consultation and advice on cases involving significant injuries or loss of life.
